What you can expect
As a working student (m/f/d) in IT support, you will support our team in various areas and gain valuable practical experience. Your activities include:

  • 1st and 2nd level support: answering and processing IT enquiries, troubleshooting and assisting with technical problems.
  • On- and offboarding processes: Assisting with setting up and deactivating user accounts and provisioning hardware and software.
  • Microsoft 365 and Intune: Support with the administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 and Intune solutions.
  • IT infrastructure: Assisting with the maintenance and optimisation of our IT systems and networks.
WHAT YOU BRING
You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree programme. Ideally, you have some experience in IT support and/or with Microsoft 365 and Intune. You have a solution-orientated way of working, the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and an interest in new technologies round off your profile.
